Meet Dr. Mo
Dr. Mohammed Al Gadban, known to families as Dr. Mo! He is the pediatrician behind Totality Pediatrics in Easley, SC, a place built on compassion, connection, and complete care for children and families across the Upstate.
Born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq, Dr. Mo earned his medical degree from the University of Al Mustansiriya, followed by several years of training in General Surgery through the Iraqi and Jordanian Ministries of Health. His journey eventually led him to the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where he completed his pediatric residency and found his calling in caring for children.
With extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, and hospital medicine, Dr. Mo brings a calm, thoughtful presence to every visit. He is also certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, reflecting his dedication to whole-child wellness and preventive care. Before founding Totality, he served families at Coastal Pediatrics and Sweetgrass Pediatrics in Charleston, where he became known for his gentle approach and lasting relationships with families.
Dr. Mo believes that every child deserves to feel known, supported, and valued. His care embraces the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each patient, with special interests in newborn care, asthma, ADHD, preventive medicine, sports health, and healthy weight management.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Mo enjoys life’s adventures with his wife and two boys. Traveling, playing soccer, ping-pong, and drums, working out, and exploring nature together.
